I cannot express enough how much we absolutely loved having Libby as our realtor to sell our home. My family and I unexpectedly needed to quickly relocate out of state for my husband’s job and it was so stressful to move so far away with two small children. From the very beginning, Libby was completely honest and set my expectations regarding what we could price the house at and helped me get my house ready for professional pictures, a virtual home tour, and showings. She was available to text any time I had a question. I frequently texted her pictures asking her opinions on staging my house and she always responded quickly and never seemed to be annoyed by my endless questions. When it came time to pack up our home, she even dropped off several moving boxes for us that she obtained from a friend. In addition to her being so very helpful with all aspects of listing our house, she was extremely creative in her marketing and open houses. I haven’t seen very many other realtors offering Saturday evening opening houses with wine and cheese or morning open houses with coffee and donuts. Offering open houses at different times allowed for more convenient options for buyers to walk through our home. Libby also arranged a neighborhood open house with other houses for sale in my neighborhood with the expectation of driving a lot more traffic to ours. After my family moved, our house was still for sale in Oklahoma. I was so nervous about it sitting unoccupied. Libby took care of everything. She took out all of our last minute garbage for us after we moved, continually scheduled lawn maintenance, got our house cleaned, scheduled a carpet company to clean the carpets, and arranged minor repairs to be made. Before open houses and showings, she would come by and make sure the floors were cleaned and cobwebs were removed. Libby even staged our house with items from her own home to make our empty house more appealing. She worked so hard for us through our home-selling journey and I honestly can’t think of anyone who could have done a better job and eased my nerves than Libby did. I cannot recommend her enough and I’m sure anyone who uses her will have the same amazing experience my family did.read more

The short of it: I highly recommend Libby and you should totally hire her if you want a stress-free home buying experience. Libby was so great to work with. Whoever you are out there, you need Libby in your life. We initially hired a different realtor and got a house under contract- then that realtor literally went crazy on us. Text us that she was lying to the seller on our behalf, freaking that my husband's employer was going to make the deal bust because they had not verified his income within just a few hours. D-R-A-M-A. I called ERA's office and explained our situation. Libby and her associate Erin took us over seamlessly and turned what had become a very stressful home buying process into a smooth sailing ship. At the last minute we had to send the lender some items, and Libby was all over it and made sure that closing happened on time- although it was after hours.read more

Working with Libby has been amazing! She has a sense on what she needs to do in every situation to best help her clients. We recently closed on a home for some clients who were moving from out of state. The first house they were under contract with had a hiccup and we had to change plans quickly. Zillow 5 Star Review Still in the "looking" stage for a home right now. I found that she was very professional and friendly to work with. Her customer service was excellent and she always had a smile. Everything she showed was well within my budget and requirements that I had. When I do buy, it will be through her.

Libby was fun to work with and very professional. I enjoyed the process of from beginning to end. She helped me sell my old house within three days of it being posted. It took me by surprise! ? It also helps to take her advice and hunker down to some little DIYs from HGTV.
